The performance is accompanied by an eight-tone gong and drum, and the dancers simulate the habits of the rooster's life, showing the rooster's demeanor such as announcing, foraging, playing, fighting, and jumping, which are vivid and vivid. The main road has "spring cow" and "plough", which is generally participated by three actors, two playing a dancing cow and one playing a farmer. During the performance, the farmer follows the "spring cow", makes various ploughing movements, sings and moves forward, and highlights the interesting interaction between the farmer and the cow through delicate performances. The dance is absorbed from the southeast coastal area by the ancestors of the Shi clan of Longfeng Village", and is performed every Spring Festival, and the activity period generally ranges from the first day of the New Year to the Lantern Festival, which is a traditional dance loved by the local people.
