Today I read the sixth chapter "The principal is the soul of a school" and the seventh chapter "Action is Lao Tzu, knowledge is the son, and creation is the grandson."

Tao Xingzhi believes that everyone is the one who creates, and all the time is the time of creation. So what educators need most is trust. We must believe in the child's creative talent and believe in the child's creative passion. He used a large number of examples to tell his parents that whether it was the inventor Edison, the musical giant Mozart, or the Confucius Gaozu Zengshan, they were once considered uncreative, but in the end they all became excellent talents. Therefore, parents and teachers must believe that the potential of children is unlimited, give them a bigger stage, and they will be able to create greater excitement. Today's Gu Ailing is also telling us that every child can bring us wonderful.

How do you create?

The first is to liberate the minds of children. Enable them to think, abandon superstitions, empiricism, stereotypes and misinterpretations, let children imagine boldly, let children enter the world of interest to them, and show the talent of creation.

The second is to free the hands of children. The mind is skillful, and the hand is skillful to the heart. When children do, create, and transform, wisdom is on their "fingertips". Let them do more hands-on and create diligently, which is why in the most critical period of human growth——— in the early childhood and primary school period, it is necessary to open handicraft classes.

The third is to liberate the child's eyes so that he can see.

The fourth is to liberate the mouths of children. The secret of learning is to ask. Ask and learn, the real learning starts with the problem. Liberating children's mouths is not simply letting children ask questions and encouraging children to ask questions, but also patiently listening to their problems, carefully answering their doubts, and exploring and solving problems with them with heart. "There are thousands of inventions, and the starting point is a question. Beasts are not as good as people, and they will not ask. The wise man asks cleverly, and the fool asks stupidly. Fifth, we must liberate the space of children. There are no horses in the yard, and eagles can't fly in the cage. The world of birds is the forest, the sea and the sky; the world of the child is life, the whole universe. Let them come into contact with the flowers and plants, trees, green mountains, green water, sun and moon, stars, and people in the great society, farmers, workers, merchants, the three religions and nine streams, freely ask questions about the universe, be friends with all things, and learn from the three hundred and sixty lines of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries.

The sixth is to liberate the time of the child. Tao Xingzhi said: Creation takes time. The education of children created must first strive for the liberation of the creation of time for children. We have to give children time to be alone, allow them to think wildly, allow them to scribble, allow them to break the casserole and ask questions to the end, allow them to see more of the world, allow them to be out of their minds, allow them to be in a daze, allow them to play, allow them to try life with good friends, allow them to spend time, money, and energy in their own areas of interest. Learn to use and control time in order to become the master of time.

The core of the "six liberations" is to act in life, to create in life, to learn in life, and to educate in life.
