Before being installed into the car, it needs to undergo 338 rigorous tests to become the "heart" of reliable new energy vehicles. SAIC Volkswagen has also designed a complete set of thermal control systems independently, in case of extreme situations, it can control the open flame within 5 minutes without coming out of the battery housing, protecting the safety of the driver and occupants. At the same time, the new thermal adhesive process also makes the MEB battery pack have better thermal management capabilities.

Every day, the line travels nearly 6,000 kilometers, which is equivalent to 36 circles around the earth in a year! Up to 180 sets of side wall assemblies and 180 sets of door cover assembly parts can be stored in the air, which can realize the identification and handling functions of 6 models and greatly save ground space.
