In the minds of the Chinese people, the Great Wall, which embodies the wisdom and blood and sweat of the working people of all generations, is not only a majestic building, it has become a great symbol of the spirit and strength of the Chinese nation. Protecting the resources of the Great Wall, excavating the cultural connotation of the Great Wall, and telling the story of the Great Wall require continuous and in-depth efforts.
A few days ago, the "Silk Road Fortress West Majestic Wind - Jiuquan Great Wall Special Exhibition" through the Jiuquan County and City Museum tour exhibition, the closing exhibition was exhibited in the Dunhuang City Museum, the exhibition deadline is February 28, during which the general public and tourists can enjoy the scenery of the Great Wall and experience the culture of the Great Wall in the exhibition.
Sponsored by the Propaganda Department of Jiuquan Municipal Party Committee and Jiuquan Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics, and co-organized by Jiuquan Museum and Jiuquan Seven Counties Urban Museum, this exhibition is one of the series of activities in Jiuquan City to actively respond to the construction of the Great Wall National Cultural Park and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
The special exhibition is divided into seven chapters: "Beacon Xiongjun Leaning Qilian - Suzhou, Hansai Pass Qianli - Jinta, Drinking Horse Great Wall Lianqianqi - Yumen, Dahe Xiliu SuoHusha - Guazhou, Desert Lonely Smoke Haunting Border Pass - Dunhuang, Chengguan Fortress Casting Heavenly Graben - Subei, And Majestic South Saishu Jinshan - Aksai", combined with the combination of picture plates and physical cultural relics, a total of 100 pictures of the Great Wall, 134 sets of 275 pieces of related cultural relics such as Han Jian, weapons, and pawn supplies and appliances unearthed along the route.
The exhibition focuses on the han dynasty and ming dynasty Great Wall beacon sites in Jiuquan, while showing the world the indestructible will and strength of the Chinese nation condensed by the Great Wall.
