Focusing on the publicity theme of the June Five-Year Environment Day in 2022 "Building a Clean and Beautiful World", carry out the collection of literary and artistic works with the theme of "Walking on Longshang and Recording Your Beauty with Heart", focusing on the province's in-depth fight against pollution and biodiversity conservation, and vividly displaying the construction results of "Beautiful Mountains and Rivers in New Gansu" in the form of literature and art, as well as the spiritual outlook of Longyuan's sons and daughters in pursuing a better life and building a new era of meritorious service. Solicitation targets
The collection of literary and artistic works of "Walking on the Dragon and Recording Your Beauty with Heart" is divided into children's groups (under 12 years old) and adult groups, which are collected in Gansu Province, and are not solicited in other provinces.

Works requirements
Submissions need to fill in the "Manuscript Information Form", the "Manuscript Information Form" and the electronic version of the work to create a folder of submitted works, the folder is compressed and packaged and sent to the designated mailbox, the email subject is unified as: children's group / adult group + submission type.
Calligraphy works
The body of the book is not limited, the size is not limited, after the production is completed, it is taken into a high-definition photo and uploaded, and the works should not be framed; cursive and seal works must be accompanied by interpretations.
Paintings
The size of the core of Chinese paintings should not exceed 136cm (height) * 68cm (width), and the width (plus outer frame) of oil paintings, watercolors/gouache, prints and other paintings (plus outer frame) should not exceed 100cm.
Photographic (short video) works
Photography color, black and white can be, single, group photos can be, each group of photos according to a work calculation, and marked in order; the work is JPG format, each work side length must be greater than 1000px, the size does not exceed 2M, allowing moderate adjustment of brightness, but not allowed to modify the picture content. The duration of short videos is limited to less than 3 minutes, the image is clear, the color is normal, the video format is not limited, and it is recommended to use mp4, MPG, MPEG, AVI and other common video formats.
Literary works
The theme is clear, the content is positive, and it has a strong ideological, literary and readable nature; the genre is mainly poetry and prose, no proposition, no subject matter, no limit on the number of words; the A4 paper WORD document typesetting, of which the main title is centered in The No. 2 square small label Song simplified style, the second-level title is typed in No. 3 italics, the main text content is typed in No. 3 imitation Song, the paragraph is indented into 2 characters, and the page number is centered at the bottom of the page.

Organize the selection
The collected works will be judged by the organizer of the event and the relevant art discipline experts will be judged by the relevant art discipline experts, and rewarded according to different art categories. Calligraphy, painting, photography (short videos), literary works, children's group and adult group set up 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, several excellent awards. The collected works will be displayed and broadcast on various new media platforms and exhibited at the main venue of the 2022 "June Five" Environment Day in Gansu.

Precautions
1. The manuscript works should support the leadership of the party, support socialism, carry forward the core values of socialism, spread positive social energy, and highlight ideology and artistry.
2. The submitted works must highlight the activity themes of "Building a Clean and Beautiful World Together" and "Walking on the Dragon and Recording Your Beauty with Heart".
3. The manuscript works must be original works, all of which are required to be created since 2020 and have not been published in official national publications before, and meet the requirements of the genre, and works created in ethnic minority languages should be translated into Chinese for submission.
4. Contributors shall have complete copyright in the work, and ensure that the works they submit do not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. If the work infringes copyright and other relevant laws, the organizer has the right to cancel its participation qualifications, and the legal liability involved shall be borne by the contributor.
5. There is no fee for this activity, and there is no refund. All collected works, the organizer has the right to use in the exhibitions, albums, newspapers, networks and other non-profit publicity and promotion activities organized by the institution, and no longer pays remuneration, and has the obligation to respect the author's and copyright owners' right of attribution in the process of use.
6. Once the contributor uploads the work, it is deemed to agree and abide by the above rules; all works that do not meet the requirements of the manuscript will be disqualified.
