In 1978, experts launched excavation work on the "Ruins of Dadiwan Village in Gansu Province", thus reproducing the splendid and exquisite faience pottery culture in Gansu.

This is a fine red clay pottery man, 5500 years old, its height is 31.8 cm, the caliber is 4.5 cm, and the bottom diameter is 6.8 cm.
Tao Ren'er wears a pale red pottery coat, which is painted with 3 groups of patterns, interwoven by black and white arcs and diagonal lines, forming a variant of the front bird pattern, which looks mysterious and beautiful.

Finally, experts also found a round hole in the top of Tao Ren'er's head, and speculated that this round hole should be used to hold the passage for wine.
Therefore, this pottery man is most likely a wine vessel, not an urn coffin that the villagers suspect!
Eventually, based on the characteristics of this potter, the experts gave her a nice name: a human head-shaped vessel mouth colored pottery vase.
In view of Zhang Delu's merit in handing over cultural relics, experts also made a special trip to his home, first thanking him for his 5 years of treasure protection, and then rewarding him with two brand-new washbasins.
Zhang Delu happily accepted it, in his opinion, although the "tao doll" is good-looking, the two washbasins are much more practical than it.
Later, this human head-shaped vessel mouth colored pottery vase was rated as a national first-class cultural relic because it was well preserved and had great archaeological and ornamental value.
