The call for papers for the 3rd Biennale of Calligraphy and Seal Engraving in Tongling City
In order to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on propaganda and ideological work, literary and artistic work and group work, especially the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the opening ceremony of the Eleventh National Congress of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Tenth National Congress of the China Writers Association, strengthen cultural self-confidence, stimulate the enthusiasm of the vast number of calligraphy workers and enthusiasts to learn and create, test the achievements of calligraphy creation in our city in the past two years, enhance the sense of responsibility of "striving to spell out a new Tongling" and the spirit of ownership of "Tongling development and struggle for me", Further promote the prosperity and development of the city's literary and artistic undertakings, boost the construction of "four innovations and two highs" modern and happy Tongling, greet the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Party with practical actions, and decide to hold the "Building Dreams and New Copper Capital and Welcoming the 20th National Congress" The Third Biennale of Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Works in Tongling City. 3. Participation requirements
1. Requirements for works
(1) The content revolves around the 20th National Congress of the Party, or ancient and modern poems related to Tongling, Yang Lian, Wen Fu, etc. (the original author and title must be marked, and the seal book, inscription, and cursive works please attach another interpretation), advocating self-composed poetry joint endowment, positive and positive energy.
(2) Please submit the original calligraphy works, the body of the book is not limited, the size is not more than 180cm, the width is not more than 70cm), and the small kai works, the size is within 4 feet of the whole sheet (the height is not more than 138cm, the width is not more than 69cm), all are vertical. Hand scrolls and albums are not accepted.
(3) The seal engraving work is pasted on a 4-foot folio vertical rice paper, not less than eight parties, of which there must be no less than two sides, and the seal engraving please attach an explanation.
(4) All engraved works are made of wood as the creative carrier, and the size of the work is not less than 1.2 square feet, the maximum is not more than 100cm× 100cm, and the thickness is not less than 4cm.
(5) All works should not be framed. Those who do not meet the size requirements will not be judged. Advocate the awareness of fine products, and refuse to socialize. Anyone who over-stitches and pastes, dyes and pasts, deliberately smears, etc. in the form of production will be affected by the deduction of points in the judging.
2. Scope of submission
Calligraphy enthusiasts who work and live in Tongling City (or Tongling are from outside) can submit articles, and are over the age of 18.
3. Post quantity
There is a limit of 1 per author. All submitted works should be written neatly in pencil in the lower right corner of the back of the author's real name, mobile phone number, ID card number, common correspondence address, the name of the work, if the author's information is not written in the lower right corner of the back of the manuscript, it will not be judged.
There is no fee for this exhibition, the organizer has the right to use and publish; all exhibition works will be rejected after the exhibition is over. Limited to manpower, unsuccessful works will not be rejected.
4. Selection of works
1. Hire experts from within the province to form a jury.
2. The jury selected 120 works in and out of the exhibition, and 20 excellent awards.
3. Anyone suspected of plagiarizing or imitating the works of others will be disqualified from participating in the appraisal and exhibiting.
4. The specially invited works of this exhibition and the works of the judges of the jury do not participate in the selection and directly participate in the exhibition.
5. Treatment of authors
All participating authors will receive a certificate of entry jointly stamped by the Anhui Calligraphers Association, the Tongling Municipal Literary Association and the Tongling Book Association, and a copy of the "Collection of Works of the Third Biennale of Calligraphy and Seal Engraving in Tongling City" will be presented. Authors who have won the Outstanding Award have one of the conditions to join the Anhui Calligraphers Association; those who are not members of the Municipal Book Association can join the Municipal Book Association with this exhibition.
