Announcement on the collection of clues on immovable cultural relics

According to the arrangement of the State Council, the fourth national cultural relics census will start in November 2023 and end in June 2026. In order to smoothly carry out the fourth national cultural relics census of Hanzhong City, comprehensively grasp the situation of immovable cultural relics resources in Hanzhong City, and achieve "all the information that should be preserved and recorded", we are now collecting information on the clues of immovable cultural relics from the society, especially new information on immovable cultural relics such as revolutionary cultural relics, industry, agriculture, underwater heritage and modern representative buildings, and hope that friends from all walks of life will actively provide relevant clues and jointly contribute to the development of the protection of Chinese and Chinese cultural relics.

1. Scope of solicitation

Newly discovered immovable cultural relics above ground, underground and underwater in Hanzhong City.

Second, the content of the solicitation

Cultural relics are tangible cultural heritage created by human beings or related to human activities and have historical, artistic and scientific value. Immovable cultural relics mainly include the following six categories:

(1) Ancient ruins

Requirements for clues of ancient ruins:

1. There is cultural accumulation and a clear distribution range;

2. Ancient cultural relics have been found on the surface of the earth, and they have a certain distribution range;

3. After archaeological excavation, the remains still exist, and the topography and landform of the original site have not undergone fundamental changes;

4. Some components or foundation sites of buildings and structures still exist.

Ancient cultural sites generally include: early human activity sites, settlement sites, city sites, kiln sites, kiln storage sites, mining and metallurgical sites, battlefield sites, post station ruins, military facility sites, bridge and wharf sites, sacrificial sites, underwater sites, water conservancy facility sites, temple sites, palace government office sites, handicraft workshop sites, other ancient cultural sites and other types.

(2) Burial of an ancient grave

Requirements for clues in ancient tombs:

1. The shape or structure or relics still exist;

2. Relocation as a whole, occupying an independent geographical scope at the new location;

3. After archaeological excavations, the topography and landform of the original site have not been fundamentally changed.

Ancient tombs generally include: imperial tombs, tombs of celebrities or nobles, ordinary tombs, other tombs and other types.

(3) Ancient buildings

Requirements for clues in ancient buildings:

1. The main body of the building or structure exists;

2. Where the entire relocation is carried out after approval in accordance with law, the new relocation site occupies an independent geographical scope;

3. If the original site is rebuilt after approval in accordance with the law, the original style or shape shall be retained, and important components reflecting the historical, artistic and scientific values shall be retained.

Ancient buildings generally include: city walls (and other military buildings and facilities), palaces, mansions, residences, altars, temples, ancestral halls, government offices (and other administrative buildings), academies (and other cultural and educational buildings), post halls and guild halls (and other transportation road facilities, travel service facilities), shops and workshops (and other financial and commercial buildings, industrial and commercial building facilities), archway shadow walls, pavilions and towers (and other landscape buildings, opera performance buildings, astronomical observation buildings), temples and towers (and other religious buildings), Gardens, bridges, culverts, wharves, dams, canals, weirs (and other water conservancy facilities), ponds, wells, springs and other types.

(4) Cave temples and stone carvings

(5) Important historical sites and representative buildings in modern and modern times

1. Requirements for clues of important historical sites in modern and modern times:

(1) The ontology of historical sites related to historical processes, important historical events, revolutionary movements, and historical figures still exists or there are relics;

(2) Buildings and structures established to commemorate important historical events, especially revolutionary movements or historical figures, especially revolutionary figures, have symbolic and typical significance.

(4) If the original site is rebuilt after examination and approval in accordance with the law, it has symbolic significance, symbolic significance or typical significance.

1.
