(New Year to the grassroots) Zhejiang Linhai sixty-year-old people to regain the "memory of the city" to inherit the inner family gong backbone

Taizhou, January 25 (Reporter Fan Yubin) "As long as someone dares to throw it away, I dare to pick it up." Growing up in Taizhou Fucheng, a 65-year-old Zhejiang Linhai native, Hu Chuyue, was influenced by the culture of Fucheng and has always been keen to collect old objects of local folklore. In his view, this is to regain the "memory of the thousand-year-old capital city".

As the seat of Taizhou Capital City, Linhai is a national historical and cultural city and a model county for the protection of Cultural Heritage in China. 10 years ago, Hu Chuyue, who spent half his life savings collecting old folk objects, germinated the idea of starting a museum. Under the mediation of the Linhai government, he found a "place to settle down" for his "heart treasure" on the wall of Taizhou Capital, known as the "Great Wall of Jiangnan", and founded the Linhai Mengbaolai Folk Museum, which is open to the public for free.

"In the past, few people paid attention to the old folk objects, and I hope that through the window of the 'Great Wall of Jiangnan', the profound culture of Taizhou Fucheng will be displayed to more people." In fact, 10 years of perseverance is not an easy task, Hu Chuyue especially thanked his wife Tang Yufang for her support and companionship, "especially in 2012, when the museum was organized, she was hospitalized due to illness, and she still supported me to do this meaningful thing at the moment of life and death." Hu Chuyue said.

Cold and summer, collecting has long become the joy of Hu Chuyue's life, and he is also keen to practice boxing and fitness. Every morning, under the walls of Taizhou Capital, the figure of Hu Chuyue and a group of taijiquan enthusiasts quietly practicing boxing is a landscape in the ancient city of Linhai.

"My father was a veteran of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and was good at WuxingQuan, and I was influenced by my father since I was a child, and I also liked to fight boxing, especially in Tai Chi, which emphasized 'Using Soft Ke Gang' and 'Borrowing Strength'." Hu Chuyue said that in the 1970s, he learned boxing with Hong Huanhuai, a disciple of Wu Jianquan, the founder of Wu-style taijiquan and a famous taiji master in Taizhou, and was included in his disciples, and was given his single transmission of the "Inner Family Gong Backbone Qiming" cultivation method, and kept secrets in good faith for 30 years.

A few days ago, "Neijia Gong Backbone Qiming" was included in the representative project of Linhai City's intangible cultural heritage, which unveiled the mystery of this "stunt".

It is understood that Taijiquan, which is included in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, belongs to Neijiaquan, and Neijiaquan originates from Neijia Kung Fu. Neijiagong Spine Qiming is a unique manifestation of the movement of the human spine and joints in the traditional Chinese martial art Neijiaquan using thick skill, internal strength and external display, and chiropractic fist.

"The traditional Neijiaquan pays attention to the whole strength and attaches importance to the maximization of potential. The essence of Neijiagong's spine qiming is through the peristalsis, massage and stimulation of the 'pillar of life' spine to stimulate the meridians on both sides to improve the activity and metabolic efficiency of the corresponding organ function, and to achieve the effect of health care and strengthening the body. Hu Chuyue said.

In fact, vocalization is not the only purpose of the inner family's backbone. Hu Chuyue said, "Vocalization is only a demonstration of the human spine movement process by replacing vision with hearing, and does not emphasize the pursuit of constant vocalization during exercises, but only needs to go with nature, with ridge punching, and the utility appears on its own." ”

"Due to the conservative nature of traditional martial arts traditions, this practice method has faced a crisis of loss." Hu Chuyue revealed, "Neijia Gong backbone Qi Ming is a treasure in traditional Chinese martial arts culture, which can be practiced by all young and old, strong and weak, and now I am happy to teach this practice to the outside world." ”

With the improvement of Hu Chuyue's boxing skills, more and more people came to seek advice, and the "Tai Chi Pusher Club" led by him attracted nearly 30 tai chi enthusiasts of all ages, and he always explained his tai chi experience and perception of tai chi without reservation. In order to increase everyone's interest in practicing boxing, he also compiled and sorted out the pictures and texts of boxing.

"My master taught me Tai Chi without reservation or pay, and as a beneficiary and follower of Tai Chi, I would also give back all I had learned in half my life to Tai Chi lovers and pass on the intangible cultural heritage of mankind." Hu Chuyue said.

Freed from the complicated life and found a healthy way that suits herself, Tang Yufang is also a beneficiary. She confessed: "At the beginning, I thought practicing boxing was very boring, since I got sick ten years ago, I paid more attention to health, and in the exercise of one move and one style, one punch and one kick, it promoted blood circulation, allowing me to feel the effect of health maintenance at the same time, but also to inherit this ancient intangible heritage." ”

Today, as the inheritor of the Inner Family Gong Backbone Qi Ming, Hu Chuyue is well aware of the heavy responsibility. He set up the "Linhai City Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Project Within the Family Gong Chiming Inheritance Base" in Taizhou Fucheng, combining non-genetic inheritance with its careful collection of folk old objects, and in the future, he also wants to establish the "Taizhou Great Health Fucheng Cultural Exchange Center".

"Whether it is collecting old objects or inheriting the backbone of the inner family, in my heart, adhering to and inheriting is the best continuation of China's excellent traditional culture, from history to the future, we can draw more strength to move forward." Hu Chuyue said. (End)
