Scope of subsidies
Consumers who purchase family passenger cars (including 9 seats or less, including new energy vehicles, excluding second-hand cars) in automobile sales enterprises above designated size in our city, and issue a unified invoice for the sale of motor vehicles in this city, they will be given a one-time car purchase subsidy (each person can only enjoy a car purchase subsidy once). Enterprises and units do not enjoy this subsidy for the purchase of vehicles.
Subsidy methods and standards
This activity adopts the form of commercial supermarket card subsidy, consumers can independently choose the city's commercial supermarket enterprises above the quota for secondary consumption, the consumption deadline is within half a year of the start of the activity (September 15, 2022), the scope of use is Linhai City.
The subsidy standards are as follows:
Purchase naked car price (subject to the amount of unified invoice for motor vehicle sales, the same below) 50,000 yuan (inclusive) - 100,000 yuan vehicles, subsidies of 2,500 yuan commercial supermarket card.
Purchase naked car price 100,000 yuan (inclusive) - 200,000 yuan vehicles, subsidies of 5,000 yuan commercial supermarket card.
Purchase bare car price of 200,000 yuan (inclusive) or more vehicles, subsidies of 8,000 yuan commercial supermarket card.
During the event, other automobile promotion policies such as trade-in our city will continue to be implemented according to the original time and standards set by the city.
Application Procedure
Consumers participating in the activity are required to complete the listing within 10 working days from the date of purchase and ticketing, and the automobile sales enterprise carefully reviews the consumer information, reviews it correctly and issues the supermarket card after the consumer signs and confirms. At the same time, through the monitoring system, the automobile sales enterprises enter the consumer application information in a timely manner and submit the consumer application paper information to the Linhai Municipal Bureau of Commerce, including copies of the consumer ID card, the unified invoice for the sale of motor vehicles, the driving license, the summary table of the subsidy for the choice of commercial supermarket card and other related materials. The Linhai Municipal Bureau of Commerce, together with the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Taxation Bureau, conducts audits and allocates funds to various supermarkets according to the audit. If the audit does not meet the requirements, the automobile sales enterprise is responsible for recovering the issued supermarket card and bears the corresponding consequences.
