The report points out that the development of an open economy should be accelerated. Deeply promote the construction of inland open economic pilot zones, promote new breakthroughs in open industries, channels, platforms, environments, talents, etc., actively integrate into the domestic and international dual cycles, and go out along the "Belt and Road". Accelerate the construction of a new land and sea corridor in the western region and the main channel between Qian and Guangdong. Actively participate in the construction of the China-Indochina Peninsula and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor, seize the opportunity of RCEP entry into force, and explore overseas markets such as ASEAN. Implement the action plan for the doubling of foreign trade, foreign investment and cross-border e-commerce, support the layout of overseas warehouses of Guizhou products in major overseas markets, and promote the export of "Made in Guizhou", with the total import and export volume increasing by more than 30%. Enhance the energy level of the development zone, create a "one park and one chain" industrial ecology, accelerate the construction of industrial parks such as Guangdong qian and Sugui, and add 6 new 10 billion-level development zones. Continue to organize activities such as the Digital Expo, the International Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports Conference, and the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week, and carefully organize the 2022 Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Executives' Joint Meeting.
