I. As the Spring Festival approaches, in order to effectively implement the city's "external prevention of import, internal prevention and rebound" epidemic prevention and control measures, and ensure that the general public spends a happy and peaceful Spring Festival, the Zhengzhou Municipal New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters has decided that from 12:00 on January 21, zhengzhou foreign (returning) Zhengzhou personnel must implement:
1. Report to the community belonging to the place of residence 3 days in advance, and log in to the "Zhenghaoban" APP: epidemic prevention and control services - travel services - 2022 double festival return to Zhengzheng personnel registration management system, truthfully fill in personal information, and those who fail to register in advance as required must complete the information filling within 24 hours after arriving in Zhengzheng.
2. Holding a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, another nucleic acid test must be carried out within 48 hours after entering Zheng. Personnel who do not have a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate must undergo another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after entering Zhengzheng. Through Xinzheng Airport, Zhengzhou East Railway Station, Zhengzhou Railway Station, Zhengzhou Railway Station personnel can be directly tested at the temporary testing point, before the results are issued to avoid taking public transportation, avoid participating in gathering activities, avoid going to crowd-intensive places.
Personnel who have not implemented the above measures will adjust the personal Zhengzhou health code.
2. With the consent of the Zhengzhou Municipal Covid-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, the adjustment of the risk level of the epidemic in some areas and the unsealing of some areas are hereby notified as follows:
1. High-tech zone
Since 00:00 on January 21, 2022, the Shangxie Community of Wulong New Town, Yulin Community, Shifo Office of High-tech Zone, has been reduced from a medium-risk area to a low-risk area.
From 00:00 on January 21, 2022, the following areas will be released from control and management:
East of Fertilizer East Road (under construction), west of Songshan North Road (under construction), south of Shuguang Road (planning), and north of Dongfeng West Road (under construction).
The following areas are de-prevention management:
East of Power Plant Road, west of West Trunk Road of Railway, south of Power Plant South Road (under construction), and north of Environmental Protection Road (planning).
2. Guancheng Hui District
From 00:00 on January 21, 2022, the following areas will be unsealed and managed:
138 East Street, Tawan Community Court, East Street;
Longhai Road Street Zhengxinli Community Xinzheng Road No. 111 Courtyard.
The following areas are de-managed:
