Earlier, the Chishui Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a "Circular" pointing out that vulgar marriage refers to the mischief behavior carried out against the groom, bride, groom's parents, groomsmen and bridesmaids in the name of "making fun" during the wedding celebration, which is the most typical vulgar and bad habit. It also clarified nine kinds of vulgar marriage plots, such as forcibly kissing, hugging or otherwise violating the bride, bridesmaids and accompanying female companions; forcibly tearing, taking off, dragging the clothes of the groom, bride and other personnel, or binding and pulling locks.
