After hearing Zhao Yukun's words, political commissar Wang Daobang broke out in a cold sweat and hurriedly evacuated to report the situation to his superiors. Although Zhao Yukun said it wildly, his idea of defecting to the Japanese army was not recognized by the plainclothes brigade.
