1. Strengthen active reporting
Those who have lived in Bao'an District of Shenzhen since January 23 and those who have lived in Baise City since January 27, please take the initiative to report to their communities (villages, tuns) and units as soon as possible, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing, medical observation or health monitoring. Returnees to Liuliu from the streets of the county (city, district) or municipality directly under the central government where the medium and high-risk areas are located in the past 14 days, or have a history of living in the urban areas of the districted cities or municipalities directly under the central government where the local epidemic occurred, must report to the destination community (village, tun) 24 hours in advance, report to the destination community (village, tun) within 12 hours after arriving in Liu, and receive health management services in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Those who deliberately conceal their itinerary, refuse to accept nucleic acid testing, or do not cooperate with prevention and control, causing the spread of the epidemic, will be investigated for responsibility in accordance with law.
2. Reduce regional flow
All counties, districts, new districts, townships (streets), and all grid responsible units should increase publicity efforts, and should not go out non-essentially, do not gather non-essentially, and do not go to medium- and high-risk areas and the counties (cities, districts) where the relevant local cases are located. All temporary checkpoints on roads should strengthen the screening of vehicle personnel in the direction of Baise and Guangdong, and all vehicles and personnel from Baise City should be persuaded to return in principle.
3. Strengthen prevention and control measures
Adhere to the principle of "postponing happy events, simplifying funerals, and not handling banquets", and strictly implementing prevention and control measures related to various gathering activities. All enterprises resuming work and production after the holiday must strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and employees from medium- and high-risk areas or provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) that have a local epidemic situation in the past 14 days must strictly implement the prevention and control measures required by their superiors before they can take up their posts.
4. Strictly manage key places
Travel agencies, scenic spots, and scenic spots in the city have temporarily suspended receiving tourists or groups from medium- and high-risk areas or provinces (autonomous regions, cities) that have a local epidemic situation in the past 14 days. The city's party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, all kinds of traffic stations, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels and guesthouses, catering services, entertainment venues and other crowded public places strictly implement two-code joint inspection, temperature measurement, "one-meter line", ventilation and disinfection and other epidemic prevention and control measures. Special institutions such as old-age service institutions and supervision places implement fully enclosed management.
5. Implement personal protection
When entering and leaving public places and taking public transportation, it is necessary to wear masks throughout the whole process, actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as body temperature detection, health code and itinerary code inspection, and adhere to good habits such as frequent hand washing, more ventilation, no gathering, meal sharing system, use of public chopsticks, and one-meter social distancing.
6. Take the initiative to vaccinate
Vaccination is still the most effective means to prevent the new crown virus, please meet the conditions for vaccination residents, consciously take the initiative to complete the whole process of vaccination of the new crown virus vaccine. Residents who have been vaccinated for 6 months will take the initiative to vaccinate "reinforcing needles" as soon as possible to protect themselves and their families and jointly build a national immunization barrier.
