Suzhou Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Circular No. 4 of 2022
On February 10, Suzhou Found a Positive Covid-19 Test During routine testing of personnel in high-risk positions (imported goods). According to the requirements of accurate prevention and control of the epidemic, in order to timely and effectively block the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, suzhou "Su Kang code" yellow code and transcoding management related matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Assign a yellow code object
Yellow codes are assigned to those who are spatially accompanied by the activity trajectories of confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia or asymptomatic infected persons, and managed according to the yellow code of "Su Kang code".
Second, the yellow code to the green code mode
1. The person who has been given a yellow code needs to implement self-health monitoring for 3 days (timely reporting of abnormalities), and go to the designated institution for nucleic acid testing twice (the interval should be greater than 24 hours), if the results are negative, they can be automatically converted to green codes. Yellow code personnel who meet the conditions for transcoding and fail to automatically transcode, with relevant certificates, register with the local community (village) or street (township) and apply for the yellow code to green code.
2. If the public finds that the yellow code is inaccurate, they can promptly report and register with the community (village), and the community will summarize and review the transcoding step by step.
3. Other matters needing attention
In order to provide services for personnel who meet the conditions of yellow code to green code in a timely and effective manner, a special sampling point for nucleic acid detection of "Su Kang code" yellow code personnel is specially set up, and the specific points are detailed in the annex.
"Su Kang code" yellow code personnel, please take the initiative to register with the community (village), abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations, in addition to the personnel within the scope of the sealing and control area, centralized isolation or home isolation observation period is not yet complete, other yellow code personnel, need to go to the yellow code special sampling point for nucleic acid sampling and testing. Strictly do personal protection throughout the whole process, do not take public transportation, and maintain a safe distance of 1 meter from others.
Those who should be inspected and unchecked and cause the spread of the epidemic situation shall be investigated for responsibility in accordance with law.
