Investigation and handling of the "Eight-Child Woman in Feng County" incident

Recently, the ministry, provincial and municipal public security organs conducted DNA testing and comparison of the relics of Yang Mouxia, Guang Mouying (Xiaohuamei's half-sister) and Pu Mouma (who has died, Xiaohuamei's mother), and the result was that Pu Mouma and Yang Mouxia and Guang Mouying were in line with the mother-daughter relationship, combined with investigation visits and organizational identification, it was determined that Yang Mouxia was Xiaohuamei.

After investigation by the public security organs, Dong Moumin (male, 55 years old, from Feng County) was suspected of illegal detention, Sang Mouniu (female, 48 years old, from Fugong County, Yunnan Province) and Shi Mouzhong (male, 67 years old, from Donghai County, Sang Mouyu's husband) were suspected of abducting and trafficking women, and the above three people have been taken criminal compulsory measures.

In order to ensure the basic livelihood of Yang Mouxia and his family, the civil affairs department of Feng County has carried out low-security protection for them. The education department implements the student funding policy in accordance with laws and regulations and guarantees the right of their children to education. The caring volunteers of the Women's Federation and town and village cadres help to take care of their elderly, and provide care and companionship and life care for their children. Later, the guardianship responsibility for minor children will be determined in accordance with law based on the handling of the case.
