On November 4, 2021, Qingdao City Transport Bus Group launched the "Trade Union Chairman Reception Day" work system, and carried out as a normalized work, requiring more than 80 branches to be organized at least once a month, employees can reflect welfare benefits, performance appraisal, canteen food, tooling specifications, production environment and other issues, and can also put forward opinions and suggestions on the group or the enterprise on business decisions, salaries and benefits, trade union work and trade union cadres.

According to the regulations, the chairman of the trade union of the units affiliated to each branch of the group goes to the subordinate trade union at least once a month to participate in the reception day activities, and the on-site reply that can be replied to, if the on-site reply cannot be answered, it will be replied within 30 days and the satisfaction survey will be done.

In addition to resolving demands and absorbing suggestions, the "Union Chairman Reception Day" also serves as a publicity and explanation of relevant rules and regulations and measures of enterprises.

Since the operation of the system, a total of 89 receptions have been organized, 212 visits have been received, 134 problems have been received, 101 problems have been solved, and the satisfaction of employees has reached 100%.
