In the part of occupant protection that users value most, Lantu FREE scored 94.39%. Among them, the complete frontal collision test score was 18.675 (out of 20 points), the frontal 40% bias crash test score was 17.854 (out of 20 points), the side collision test scored 20 points, and the whipping test score was 4.541 (out of 5 points). After the side impact test, the entire side body structure of the Landu FREE was fully absorbed and deformed, the living space of the occupants in the car was not significantly invaded, the seat side airbags and head air curtains were smoothly unfolded in time, and enough protective areas avoided direct contact between the head and the window glass and interior parts.
