Body massage, personalized training... Li Yanjie repeated the rehabilitation treatment for Tintin every day. For these special children, the biggest difficulty in rehabilitation treatment is that the treatment cycle is particularly long, to pass the day-to-day rehabilitation training, often a simple rehabilitation action has to be repeated for several months, which requires rehabilitation instructors to have extraordinary patience. With the help of Li Yanjie for 6 years, Tintin's condition has gradually improved, not only that, but he can also simply communicate with the teachers in the rehabilitation center, and his sense of autonomy has been significantly enhanced. Li Yanjie graduated from Luzhou Medical College, in 2009, the Disabled Persons' Federation set up a preschool education and rehabilitation center for disabled children to carry out rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy, and Li Yanjiecheng, who has a good hand, accepted this arduous task and took up the burden of creating a rehabilitation center. Li Yanjie said that at the beginning of the rehabilitation center, no matter where she went, she always carried books related to the rehabilitation training of children with cerebral palsy with her and seized all the time to devote herself to learning. At present, the preschool education rehabilitation center for children with disabilities has been continuously expanded and improved, and there are 7 rehabilitation teachers trained by her, and a total of 120 children with cerebral palsy have been treated in the center, of which more than 30 have received long-term training.
As a rehabilitation instructor, it is not an easy task to do rehabilitation training for disabled children, not only technical work but also physical work, often at the end of the day, tired back pain. Even so, Li Yanjie, who is already 57 years old, has never had the idea of giving up. Now, after 12 years of rehabilitation for disabled children, when talking about how long it will last, Li Yanjie is quite optimistic, "In my opinion, this job, rehabilitation of a child, happiness of a family, as long as the physical conditions permit, will do their best to help these children in need."
