Also in 211 BC, an emissary of Qin Shi Huang was on his way through the night, passing through the place of Huayin, when suddenly a person rushed out to stop him, and then took out a piece of jade bi and handed it to the messenger, hoping that he would give the jade bi to Chu Chi Jun (water god), and said: "This year Zu Long died." Then disappeared into the night.
The messenger was very frightened, and immediately took the jade bi back to Xianyang and handed it to Qin Shi Huang, and truthfully explained the words of "this year's ancestral dragon died", combined with the first 2 strange things that just happened, Qin Shi Huang thought that this "zu long" was himself, and what was even more unbelievable was that this piece of jade bi was actually the piece that was thrown into the water by the water god 10 years ago, how could it suddenly appear?
These three things made Qin Shi Huang very upset, looking for someone to calculate a gua for himself, according to the gua xiang shows that Qin Shi Huang had to come on a tour to resolve the crisis, so in 210 BC, Qin Shi Huang began a mighty eastern tour.
