On August 18, 2022, the "August 18" flash flood occurred in Datong County, Qinghai Province, which washed away cattle and sheep and destroyed the houses where they had lived for generations. Time flies, and the flash flood is a past that the villagers do not want to recall.

Li Quanle, the resident village secretary who experienced the flash flood with the villagers, was quite touched. Li Quanle is the resident secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Natural Resources to Shadai Village, and the sudden disaster destroyed their homes and made the villagers lose confidence in life.
Personnel transfer, disaster damage verification, emotional reassurance...... Li Quanle has been accompanying the villagers, and he also reported to the hall as soon as possible and received much-needed material support to tide over the difficulties with everyone.
The hearts of the people are united, and Mount Tai moves. After nearly two years of hard work, the villagers moved into a bright new home, with fitness equipment, a large stage for the people, and a happy canteen for the elderly. A pavement is set up at the street level to provide a channel for the village collective to increase economic income.

Ningxinyuan Community is a community where the affected people in Shadai Village and Qingshan Village, Qingshan Township, during the "8.18" flash flood disaster in Datong County in 2022, were relocated and resettled. In September 2023, Niu Yabing, who took over the work of the "former" village secretary Li Quanle, has not been idle since he took office. "In the planning and design of the community, we have extensively solicited the opinions of the villagers, and the people's stage, canteen for the elderly, kindergarten and other supporting facilities have been taken into account." Niu Yabing said that medical treatment, education and employment are guaranteed.

The cadres stationed in the village have worked hard, no, they also plan to set up a labor export agency, through the establishment of a platform, to encourage idle labor to go out to work, to increase family income. Some people in need have been included in public welfare positions such as village cleaners and forest rangers, and their lives have been guaranteed.

There are also many villagers in the village who are mainly engaged in breeding, and the cadres stationed in the village invite professional breeding personnel to carry out technical training to help them give full play to their breeding expertise to help increase income. He also provided loans and sales channels for farmers, in order to boost the confidence of the villagers and live a better life.
