According to the equity penetration of Tianyancha, the company is jointly held by BYD's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fordy Industrial Co., Ltd., and FAW Equity Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China FAW Group Co., Ltd.
Among them, Fordi Industrial Co., Ltd. holds 51% of the shares, and FAW Equity Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. holds 49% of the shares.

At the end of December 2021, China FAW and Huawei will build a new generation of IPv6 networks that started as a leader to accelerate digital transformation.
