According to the news found by the enterprise, Fuzhou BYD Industrial Co., Ltd. was established on September 8, 2021, and its registered place is located at No. 199, Bonded Avenue, Fuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, with a legal representative He Zhiqi and a registered capital of 50 million yuan.

According to shareholder information, the company is wholly owned by BYD Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.

It is understood that since the beginning of this year, BYD has successively established 6 major Fordi battery companies, including Chongqing Fordi Battery Research Institute, Wuwei Fudi, Yancheng Fudi, Jinan Fudi, Shaoxing Fudi, Chuzhou Fudi.

Among them, Wuwei Fudi invested 2.8 billion yuan with an annual production capacity of 10GWh; Yancheng Fudi has an annual production capacity of 30GWh (as introduced above); Jinan Fudi has an annual production capacity of 30GWh; Shaoxing Fudi site Shengzhou production capacity is undecided; Chuzhou Fudi Phase I production capacity is 5GWh. Statistics show that, together with the Fuzhou base, it will add about 90GWh of production capacity for BYD.

From January to November, BYD's power battery installed capacity was 21.34GWh, accounting for 16.6%, ranking second; of which the installed capacity in November was 3.46GWh, with a market share of 16.6%, ranking second.
