The "honor" --- Operation Spring Thunder 2022 is pure fiction! Two off-campus training institutions in Lizhou District were investigated

The winter vacation is coming, in order to continue to consolidate the results of the "double reduction" work, recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Lizhou District of Guangyuan City combined with the "Spring Thunder Action 2022" special law enforcement action arrangement to combat random evaluation and ranking, and carried out a "review" of issues such as off-campus training advertisements in the jurisdiction. Adopt the method of "dynamic supervision system + key visit system + regular carding system", "re-rectify, re-standardize, and re-deepen" the 183 training institutions sorted out by the previous off-campus training advertisement rectification, focusing on carrying out special governance actions around the unfair competition behavior caused by three types of commercial publicity such as fictitious awards and false honors, and actively guiding off-campus training enterprises to operate legally and compliantly.

When law enforcement personnel inspected the two training institutions located in the Dongba district of Lizhou, they found that there were various medals such as "Sichuan Excellent Art Training Institution", "Spring Festival Gala Program Selection Base", "Advanced Unit of Art Education", "Training Base for Special Students" hanging in the store, and the parties concerned could not provide the relevant basis and supporting materials for the above-mentioned medals on the spot, and their behavior was suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China. At present, the Lizhou District Market Supervision Bureau has filed a case investigation against the above two training institutions in accordance with the law, and the case is under further investigation.
