For such parents who "hope to become a dragon", it seems that all activities except learning are secondary, and didactic "persuasion" can be carried out on any occasion and at any time. However, filling the child's birthday cake with textbooks and turning the child's long-cherished birthday into a humorous preaching that parents think is humorous, so "persuasion" is too extreme and really unnecessary.

Birthday cake fills the textbook, don't let the child's happiness change the flavor. Some parents always inadvertently "sweep the child's excitement", want to remind the child to review well, can be more supervised in peacetime, know the reason to move with affection, do you have to stir up the child's birthday? This is not "edutainment", but "overcorrection", turning a good "surprise" into a "fright". When it is time to learn, when it is time to play, it is also necessary to let children play without scruples, academic performance can not represent everything, and it is equally important to protect children's health and happiness.

Forcing a child to learn is not a wise move and will cause the child to be bored with school. Learning should be a spontaneous and autonomous behavior, and the compulsion of parents will have a negative effect, bringing children's boredom and resistance. Preaching to children at birthday parties and filling birthday cakes with textbooks invisibly stained "learning" with a hint of "punishment". This not only can not play a motivating role, but will cause children to be disgusted with learning and exams, and may even leave a shadow, adversely affecting the child's physical and mental development.

"Persuasion" should distinguish the occasion and not satisfy one's own preaching desires at the expense of the child's happiness. For the parents in the incident, the children's birthday cake is filled with textbooks to play a role in exhortation, reminding children to study well and that the original intention is good. But she did not realize that what she thought was a clever "persuasion" method actually deprived the child of the joy of celebrating his birthday, so that the child was disappointed with full expectations. Persuasion should also pay attention to methods, and preaching regardless of time and occasion will only be counterproductive.

The practice of filling the birthday cake with textbooks and teaching aids as prizes is by no means the right "way of persuasion". "Persuasion" itself is correct, but don't be self-defeating and sacrifice the simple happiness of the child.
