On January 9, the exhibition of Chen Qingying's brush strokes opened at the Hunan National Painting Museum, exhibiting more than 120 works such as Chen Qingying's poetry series, Song Ci series, and four beauties series. At the opening ceremony, Chen Qingying donated two masterpieces of gongbi painting to the Hunan National Painting Museum.
Chen Qingying, a member of the Jiangxi Artists Association, was born in Cai Lun's hometown and the hometown of papermaking - Leiyang, Hunan, and now lives in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and has been immersed in painting for many years. She takes the meaning from the source of ancient Chinese poetry and song, explores the spiritual realm of Sinology culture, and presents it with a brilliant and beautiful technique, and her themed paintings such as the Series of Flower and Bird Paintings of Poetry, the Series of Gong Strokes of Song Ci Artistic Conception, and the Series of Gong Pen Paintings of Characters of the Dream of the Red Chamber have attracted special attention.
As a professor at Hunan Normal University, vice chairman of the Hunan Flower and Bird Painters Association, and president of the Hunan Provincial Industrial Brush Painting Research Association, Mo Gaoxiang carefully watched Chen Qingying's works. He said that the creation of Gongbi painting is a very test of patience and endurance, especially for the processing of picture details, often takes a lot of time, but Chen Qingying can create such a rich work, which shows her intention and diligence. Mo Gaoxiang believes that Chen Qingying's creation respects tradition, and in her works, the audience can clearly see the meaning of traditional Chinese painting.
It is reported that the Exhibition of Chen Qingyinggong's Brush Paintings is jointly sponsored by Hunan National Painting Museum, Hunan Weichu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, Hunan Contemporary Chinese Painting Creation Institute, and co-hosted by Fruit Real Estate, Bronze Knight Media, Hunan Guoding Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and Hunan Chuanjia Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and will last until January 11, free of charge to the public.
