On January 9, 2022, at the Hunan Museum of Chinese Painting, Mo Gaoxiang, a 73-year-old famous Chinese painter, stood on the stage and talked about his impressions of Chen Qingying and his works.
This is the scene of the opening ceremony of Chen Qingyinggong's pen painting exhibition. Around the stage of the opening ceremony and the audience, the painter Chen Qingying's brush paintings were neatly hung on the wall, presenting the beauty of the poetry and song and the rhyme of the four beauties to the audience.
Chen Qingying is a native of Leiyang, Hunan, and this exhibition in Changsha has naturally received strong support from the art circles in his hometown. Li Xiangzhou, former inspector of the Propaganda Department of the Hunan Provincial CPC Committee and executive president of the Hunan Huxiang Cultural Exchange Association, Deng Dangxiong, former secretary of the party committee of Shaoyang University and a national first-class artist, Song Jun, former inspector of the Hunan Provincial Organ Affairs Administration, president of the Hunan Qingfeng Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and consultant of the Hunan National Painting Museum, as well as Artists and curators such as He Liwei, Yang Guoping, Mo Gaoxiang, Feng Cheng, Zhang Deqiang, Kang Qianfeng, Gu Wei, Xiao Jian, Liu Tiejian, Huang Zuo, and Li Yuan, attended the opening ceremony and watched the exhibition.
As a professor at Hunan Normal University, vice chairman of the Hunan Flower and Bird Painters Association, and president of the Hunan Provincial Industrial Brush Painting Research Association, Mo Gaoxiang carefully watched Chen Qingying's works. He said that the creation of Gongbi painting is a very test of patience and endurance, especially for the processing of picture details, often takes a lot of time, but Chen Qingying can create such a rich work, which shows her intention and diligence. At the same time, Mo Gaoxiang believes that Chen Qingying's creation respects tradition, and in her works, the audience can clearly see the meaning of traditional Chinese painting.
As Mo Gaoxiang said, Chen Qingying took materials from traditional culture, taught the fa, the ink spirituality of Mumei Lake, and the relics of the Bada Shan people. She takes the meaning from the source of ancient Chinese poetry and song, explores the spiritual realm of Sinology culture, and presents it with a brilliant and beautiful technique, and her themed paintings such as the Series of Flower and Bird Paintings of Poetry, the Series of Gong Strokes of Song Ci Artistic Conception, and the Series of Gong Pen Paintings of Characters of the Dream of the Red Chamber have attracted special attention. In this exhibition, more than 120 works of Chen Qingying's poetry series, Song Ci series, and four beauties series were exhibited.
It is reported that the exhibition of Chen Qingying's red pen paintings is jointly sponsored by Hunan National Painting Museum, Hunan Weichu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, hunan Contemporary Chinese Painting Creation Institute, and co-hosted by Fruit Real Estate, Bronze Knight Media, Hunan Guoding Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and Hunan Heirloom Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. At the opening ceremony, Chen Qingying donated two masterpieces of gongbi painting to the Hunan National Painting Museum, and Li Xiangzhou announced the opening of the exhibition. The exhibition will run until January 11 and will be open to the public free of charge.

Chen Qingying is a painter with a brush stroke, a member of the Jiangxi Artists Association, and a director of the People's Railway Calligraphy and Painting Institute. Born in Cai Lun's hometown and papermaking hometown - Leiyang, Hunan, he now lives in Qingyunpu, Nanchang, Jiangxi.
Chen Qingying was born into a famous family, and his grandfather Chen Yuexian, as a classmate of Cai Yi, was taught by Mr. Liang Qichao. During the Xinhai Revolution, he accompanied Cai Yi in Yunnan and subsequently participated in the Patriotic Movement. Later, dissatisfied with the situation of warlords fighting, he returned to his hometown to teach and practice medicine, and was left alone. Chen Qingying was regarded as a pearl in the palm of his hand by his grandfather, read and painted, and was deeply influenced by his grandfather. Later, due to the needs of livelihood, she worked as a tailor, engaged in enterprises, and ran coal mines, and she judged the situation and operated well. It was not until the age of 60 that he returned to his childhood interests and learned to paint with brush strokes.
In artistic creation, Chen Qingying Mumei Lake ink spirituality, thinking of the Bada Shan people charm of the relics. Since he was young, he loved art, sketched Danqing in his leisure time, and in addition to his livelihood in middle age, he devoted himself to painting brushes for many years, and his works were selected into the "Greeting the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party and Commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Army - Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Cadres and Workers of Central State Organs", and participated in many national exhibitions, exhibitions and awards.
