To cook the radish strips

1. Cut the radish into strips.

2. Cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Cut into strips and set aside.

4. Add oil to the pot, sauté the green onion, ginger and garlic to bring out the aroma.

5. Pour in the radish strips.

6. Add some salt. Stir-fry a few times.

7. Add soy sauce.

8. Pour some cooking wine.

9. Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cook until soft.
