Brief introduction

Jinhua ham radish silk cake, in Shanghai and Hangzhou and other places have a reputation comparable to Shanghai crab shell yellow small baked cake. The skin of the ham radish shredded cake is made with a mixture of fine white flour and puff pastry noodles, and the filling is made of the best Jinhua ham lean meat, lard plate oil, shredded white radish, sugar and chives.
