Ying'en Bridge is connected to Hedong Street in the east and Xiandong Street in the west, spanning the Qinchuan River. The Wall of the East Bridge is embedded with a Ming Dynasty bridge repair monument, and looking at the stone and shape system, it can be seen that it has been repaired repeatedly during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.
Every time I come to Ying'en Bridge, I always see a lot of customers gathered in front of a dim sum shop on the side of the bridge. I remember when I was a child, Ying'en Bridge was surrounded by a gathering place for changshu snacks, but now snack shops are rarely seen.
The shop is run by an elderly couple, the two look more than 50 years old, get up early every day and work in the dark, very hard. When you come here, the smell of fried oil always makes people stop, and the seductive aroma of food is mouth-watering.
Once, Qiu Yan passed by here and inexplicably wanted to eat fried dumplings. Casually said: "Is the fried dough here delicious?" ”
