Low-gluten flour (hand powder) Appropriate amount
The point is to cut the commercially available frozen pie crust into right-angled triangles!
Rolled up in a plate of chocolate and baked, you can make a snack at home that is comparable to that of the store.
Prerequisite Operations:
• Weigh materials correctly.
• Chill the pie crust at room temperature for 15 minutes.
• Plate chocolate cut into 6 strips of 2×7.5cm.
• Line the inside of the baking tray with baking paper.
Suggestion:
• Use flaky pie crust to make croissant or salty pie. Slightly thaw at room temperature, and it is easier to roll out when rolling.
• Plate chocolate is not good to roll after chopping, please cut it into long strips.
• The surface is brushed with a sugar-soaked egg mixture, and when baked, it will have a beautiful golden brown color.
Method:
1. Lightly sprinkle some flour on the cutting board, and roll out the frozen pie crust with a rolling pin to 22×36cm and 2~3mm thick. As shown in the figure, cut 3 equal parts longitudinally, and then cut it diagonally into 6 equal parts of the right triangle. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Stack 2 chocolates 1cm away from the bottom edge of the triangle, pull up the pie crust and roll it up slowly, and place the final edge facing down into the baking sheet.
3. Mix the egg mixture with granulated sugar and brush the surface of the pie crust. Bake in a 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes on the middle or bottom level, until crispy on the surface.
