Ma Chuanli has no planting experience, completely from scratch, but every day will take a few hours to learn seedling cultivation and other knowledge, the town has a special training class for veterans, every week he will go, gradually mastered the blueberry seedling cultivation technology.
In just two years, he registered the "Taodulico" blueberry brand and obtained the certification of pollution-free agricultural products. The cooperative has been rated as "Tai'an Municipal Farmers' Cooperative Demonstration Society", "Feicheng Leading Enterprise and Provincial Standardization Base Creation Advanced Unit". At the same time, it has opened up e-commerce sales channels and solved the employment problem of more than 20 nearby villagers.
Zhangshantou Village is located in the northern mountainous area of Bianyuan Town, 3 km from the town government station. In October 2020, Tai'an City openly selected the secretary of the village party organization, and Ma Chuanli was elected as the secretary of the Zhangshantou Village Committee with the first place in the city's open selection.
"Zhangshantou Village is a weak village with poor conditions, and after I was elected secretary, because I was young, I could not be convinced by the villagers in the early stage."
