As an upgraded version of the AION LX, the AION LX Plus has been improved in terms of configuration, power, and endurance, and will also launch a model equipped with three second-generation lidars, which can realize the auxiliary function of urban NDA pilot.
First of all, looking at the appearance of this car, AION LX Plus adopts a new design concept of GAC Aeon, and the official called this design theme "Wind Rising Galaxy". Specifically, the car is equipped with the family's iconic tear-eyed headlight set, and the front face is equipped with a straight waterfall grille, presumably used to dissipate heat from the motor and battery.

The interior layout of the new car is basically the same as that of the AION LX, but the central control screen has been increased from 12.3 inches to 15.6 inches, and the ADiGO 4.0 intelligent IoT system is built-in, which can realize functions such as sensorless start, AR real-world navigation, DMS+OMS cockpit monitoring and so on.
In terms of power, AION LX Plus launched two models with different powers, PLUS 80 Extreme Edition and PLUS Thousand Mile Edition are equipped with a front-mounted single motor power system, with a maximum horsepower of 245Ps and a peak torque of 350N·m; the PLUS 80D flagship model and the PLUS 80D Max version are equipped with a dual-motor power system, with a total horsepower of 490Ps, a peak torque of 700N·m, and a 3.9s can break 100. In terms of battery life, in addition to the PLUS Millennium Edition equipped with a ternary lithium battery with a capacity of 144.4kWh, the battery capacity of the remaining models is 93.3kWh, the range of the PLUS 80 Extreme Edition is 650km, the PLUS 80D Ultimate Edition and the PLUS 80D Max Edition have a range of 600km, and the PLUS 1008km Range.
From the price point of view, GAC Aion AION LX Plus is indeed not cheap, and it can even be said that it is somewhat expensive, but because GAC Aeon's models are often used as online car-hailing cars, ordinary consumers account for a small proportion, so the brand image will not be particularly high-end, and the general consumer is very likely not to buy it.
