According to the data, by the end of 2021, the cumulative sales of GSEV (including Hongguang MINI EV, Wuling Nano EV, Baojun KiWi EV, etc.) models have exceeded 750,000 units, and for every 2 small new energy vehicles sold in China, there is 1 GSEV, which has also created a global sales record for small new energy vehicles.
Among them, GuanghongGuang MINI EV is undoubtedly the highlight, selling 55,729 units in December, and the cumulative sales volume has exceeded 550,000 units, dominating China's new energy sales for 16 consecutive months.
SAIC-GM-Wuling also released the "GSEV User Travel White Paper" on the spot, which shows that GSEV car owners have accumulated 5.5 billion kilometers and reduced carbon emissions by more than 1.04 million tons.
As a car company focusing on low-end prices, Wuling electric vehicles can sell so hot, the main reason is that the price is cheap.
Take the Hongguang MINI EV, less than 30,000 yuan can buy a small tram that can be used for daily transportation, shelter from the wind and rain, and can be legally licensed, the cost performance can be described as high, coupled with the design of pleasing internal and external design, it has attracted many young consumers, and the hot sales are reasonable.
Not only that, but mini EV such as the convertible version and the long-endurance version have also been planned for production, and it is expected to meet with you this year, and its sales will also increase as the product strength and playability are further improved.
However, the general GSEV series products are not without opponents, such as Chery QQ ice cream, Dongfeng Fengguang MINIEV and other followers, imitators are also buried in the chase, and with the gradual saturation of the A00 pure tram market, whether Wuling GSEV can continue to maintain rapid growth is also unknown.
