In terms of appearance, according to several renderings released by foreign media, the new car will adopt a family design, the front face will still use the classic diamond-shaped grille design, and the two sides are expected to provide matrix LED headlight groups. From the side, the new car will feature a slip-on design with a straight waistline, a newly designed multi-spoke wheel at the bottom, and a metal luggage rack on the roof after mass production. The rear will be equipped with a small spoiler and long, narrow taillights.
In terms of power, Acura said that they will bypass the hybrid model and directly develop a pure electric model, while the new car will share a 100kW/h battery pack with Cadillac LYRIQ. Since the new car will share the production line with Cadillac LYRIQ, it is likely that the body size of the new car will also be comparable to that of Cadillac LYRIQ.
