On June 16, 1955, after investigation, the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau arrested Yang Dafa, a poor peasant who was "honest and honest" in Nanchong County.
Yang Dafa was identified as the executioner who killed General Yang Hucheng that year! And the reason why he was exposed was because of an argument with his wife.
Why would a poor peasant who farms in the mountains for a living be suspected of killing Yang Hucheng? Is he really the murderer?
One. A poor peasant who is "honest and honest"
It all started with the first census in August 1953.
At that time, the General Population Election Office in Qingju Township, Nanchong County, Sichuan Province, responded to the county public security bureau: they had a family in Qingju Township, whose origin was unknown.

The real identity of this poor peasant "Yang Dafa" is actually Yang Jinxing, a "murderous demon" with the blood of more than 300 revolutionary volunteers on his hands!
It was he who brutally killed General Yang Hucheng's family!
Yang Jinxing, a native of Xuanping, Zhejiang Province, joined the military command in 1940 and began to receive secret agent training.
He was tall and strong, with a fierce look in his eyes, always pinning a large revolver behind his ass and a bullet belt around his waist.

In the past four years, the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau has continuously tracked down and investigated, and even went to prisons in various places to inquire about Yang Jinxing's traces. However, no clues were found.

After the 11.27 massacre, Yang Jinxing fled to Chengdu.
He wanted to continue to flee to Huaying Mountain in northern Sichuan, but the car broke down halfway.
He was worried that the People's Liberation Army might be chasing him along the way, so he threw away the car, took his wife, children and luggage, and walked along the road from Nanchong County in northern Sichuan to Yuechi County.

This bitter history, coupled with the fact that he said that he would shed some tears when he said that he was emotional, made the villagers of Heping Three Villages sympathize with his suffering.

There is an old saying that goes: "The eyes of the masses are shining.".
In fact, some people have long suspected that Yang Dafa's identity is forged!
The reason was that when he went to Heping San Village, Teng Mingqing clearly remembered the day he met Yang Dafa on the road, wearing tweed clothes and carrying a swimming table with seventeen diamonds in his hand.

One of them was reported by Hu Deqing, a neighbor of Yang Dafa.
The report said: One day, Yang Dafa and his wife Tian Dejun quarreled at home.
When the quarrel was fierce, Tian Dejun suddenly said:
You have something to be ashamed of! Do you dare to account for your history? Now there are spies everywhere in the town, do you dare to go out and show your broken things!
Tian Dejun's words made Yang Dafa instantly lose his temper and no longer argue with her.
Through Hu Deqing's whistleblowing information, it can be proved that Yang Dafa does have ulterior secrets on his body.
The other copy came from Teng Zhiyuan, a student of the Northern Sichuan Party School, and Yang Dafa were also neighbors. Yang Dafa often came to talk to him and wanted to do business with him.
Even on May 5, 1950, when a riot broke out in Nanchong City, Yang Dafa personally told Teng Zhiyuan that he was originally working in the Anti-Japanese Occupied Area and the Southwest Governor's Office.
Three months before liberation, he went to Chuanxi to carry out activities. Originally, when Chengdu was liberated, he was going to fly to Taiwan by plane, but because of the change, he and the rest of the group drove to Huaying Mountain.
Along the way, passing through Pengxi and encountering the liberation of northern Sichuan, he dispersed with the rest of the group and prepared to regroup at Huaying Mountain when the time came.

Yang Dafa's remarks coincided with an enemy intelligence circular obtained by the Nanchong City Public Security Bureau:
The Enemy Secrecy Bureau sent a group from Chengdu to Nanchong in 1949, dispersing halfway through to prepare for a confluence at Huaying Mountain.
All kinds of information point to the identity of this Yang Dafa, most likely a lurking agent.
Yang Dafa's secret really surfaced because of a letter.
Yang Dafa wrote a letter to Tian Dejun's mother's family in Chongqing in 1952.
Following the address where the letter was received, the Nanchong Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately dispatched investigators to Jiangbei, Chongqing, to investigate.
Investigator Zeng Kai found Tian Dejun's mother, Tian Yingzhen.
According to Tian Yingzhen's description, Tian Dejun was remarried to Yang Dafa.
Tian Dejun told his family that Yang Dafa was working in the National Government of Da'aogou. But as for the rest, she didn't say much.
Tian Yingzhen knew limited information, and the investigator's clues were cut off for a while.
However, the investigators were not discouraged.
After careful analysis, they believe that the reason why they could not find any clues about Yang Dafa may be because his name is false.
Therefore, the investigators returned to the town of Leshuo where Tian Yingzhen was located.
This time, they made new discoveries.
They found a Lei Kaiyun who had been helping Tian Yingzhen's family for many years.

The man tian Dejun remarried was named Yang Jinxing, and I heard that he was working at the garrison headquarters in Chongqing, and Tian Dejun was very powerful after marrying him!

The president of the cooperative in the village came forward and said that the village had been rated as an advanced cooperative in the whole district, and no one could be absent if he wanted to take a photo of the whole society.

After getting the photos, the Nanchong Municipal Public Security Bureau took the photos with them to the prison on the south bank of Chongqing for the first time.
They asked Xu Yuanju (formerly the head of the Southwest Special Zone of the Secret Service) and dozens of other agents, who were imprisoned in prison, to identify them one by one.
These agents all identified: Yang Dafa in the photo is Yang Jinxing!
After confirming that Yang Dafa was yang Jinxing, the murderous demon who disappeared that year, in order not to fight grass and snakes, the "pursuit and disability group" of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau discussed a brilliant plan.
On June 16, 1955, several comrades of the "Pursuit of the Disabled" arrived in Qingju Township, Nanchong City.
They asked the village chief to find Yang Dafa, an "activist", to go to the bank the next day to exchange loan notes, and to send a few chairs from the village to the district office.

Yang Dafa did not notice anything unusual, but only because of his outstanding and positive performance in his daily life, the village chief appreciated him.
So the next morning, Yang Dafa was very happy to go to the town to carry out the task given to him by the village chief.
When he delivered the chair to the office of the district office, someone immediately closed the door and shouted "Yang Jinxing".
Almost as a conditioned reflex, Yang Dafa immediately replied, "To!" ”
After saying that, he hurriedly covered his mouth.
But it was too late, and four scouts rushed out of the house to subdue him, four guns dead against his head.

The legal net was restored, and the omission was not leaked. Yang Jinxing's hands were stained with the blood of revolutionaries, and what awaited him was the punishment of law and justice!
At the Chongqing Municipal Intermediate People's Court in the Square of the People's Palace of Culture, Yang Jinxing was publicly sentenced to death on May 16, 1958, and immediately executed.
At this point, General Yang Hucheng and the heroic souls of the revolutionary martyrs who died tragically at the hands of Yang Jinxing could finally rest in peace.
