The "district cadres" in the office saw that Yang Dafa had traveled so far and was tired, so they hurriedly beckoned Yang Dafa to sit on a bench.
But just when Yang Dafa was about to sit down and rest, the "district cadre" who had chatted with him before immediately went around behind him and kicked the stool away. Immediately, the four big men who had already ambushed them rushed out from behind the door and quickly tied up Yang Dafa.
Yang Dafa was a little confused and hurriedly said, "Why are you arresting me?" The person who kidnapped him saw that Yang Dafa was a little panicked, so he approached a step forward and asked: "Yang Jinxing, what about General Huang Xiansheng's swimming watch?" ”
"I sold", Yang Dafa almost blurted out, but then he reacted, so he hurriedly said: "No, I am not, I am Yang Dafa." "But no matter how cunning he is, the people who arrested him no longer pay attention to him."

Yang Dafa is a model worker and the leader of the agricultural production mutual aid group who is quite famous in the village, so why did the public security bureau arrest him? Who is Yang Jinxing? Why did the people in the Public Security Bureau call Yang Dafa by that name? And why did Yang Dafa immediately deny it as soon as he heard this name?
In fact, Yang Dafa's original name was Yang Jinxing, and "Dafa" was just a pseudonym he used to hide his past. At that time, the reason why the public security bureau spent so much effort and set a trap to arrest him was because of the crimes he had committed in the past. The legal net was restored without leakage, and even if Yang Jinxing concealed it well, he could never escape the punishment of the law.
First, the executioner who kills like a hemp
Yang Jinxing is a native of Xuanping County, Zhejiang Province, born in 1917.
At the age of 23, he had always liked to be brave and fierce, and he was favored by the Kuomintang military command and absorbed the organization and training of the military unification. A year later, in 1941, he was transferred to the Wanglongmen Detention Center in Chongqing as an operator with his excellent "professional ability".
In 1944, he was highly regarded by Dai Kasa and was selected to be a personal plainclothes guard. Following the "brother of military unification", he could naturally eat and drink spicy, so he rose step by step after that, and at the most brilliant time, he even climbed to the position of aide-de-camp.

However, in March 1946, Dai Kasa, who had appreciated him, died of a plane crash, and at this time he did not have a high branch to climb, so he was soon transferred to the Chongqing Baigongguan Detention Center as an operative. The status of this work is certainly lower than before.
However, as long as you are ruthless enough and obey orders, you will certainly be able to "develop", after all, these two points are the professional capabilities recognized by the Kuomintang reactionary agents. And obviously, these Yang Jinxing are occupied, so as long as he plays a "normal" level, he will definitely be able to rise again.
In fact, this was indeed the case, because it was not long before he was promoted to the director of the White Mansion Detention Center.
However, at that time, in order to be able to "ascend" up, Yang Jinxing was able to fight hard enough, and almost all of the "most difficult" work of the military command was done by him personally, and the means he used were also extremely cruel.

And these are just the tip of the iceberg of his sins.
Second, the sins that are hard to describe
At that time, Yang Jinxing was a mutilation of revolutionaries, and often used tiger stools, pepper water and other tortures, and since 1946, he personally killed more than 300 revolutionaries.
Of course, the most "memorable" nature of this is that he single-handedly concocted the tragic case of the famous anti-Japanese general Yang Hucheng's family and the smallest martyr Xiao Radish's family.
In September 1949, Yang Hucheng and his children, who had been imprisoned for eight years since the Xi'an Incident, as well as Song Qiyun and his wife, a member of the Chinese Communist Party who helped Yang Hucheng revolt, and their son Xiao RadishTou were transferred to Chongqing.

Later, Yang Jinxing, together with An Wenfang and Yang Qindian, began to make plans, and later Lu Jingqing, the head of the Bai Mansion's secret service, was afraid that there were not enough people, so he found Xiong Xiang and Wang Shaoshan to assist.
It was not so easy for the five to assassinate two families and six people, so they set a trap to lure Yang Hucheng's family and Song Qiyun's family to the Dai Gong Ancestral Hall.
As soon as he entered, Wang Shaoshan, a secret agent hiding in the back door, rushed out, and then quickly stabbed Yang Hucheng's son Yang Zhenzhong in the waist with a dagger. At this time, Yang Hucheng had just reacted, but it was too late, because Xiong Xiang's dagger had already stabbed it.
At the same time, the remaining several people led by Yang Jinxing immediately killed Song Qiyun and his wife, and when they fell in a pool of blood, Song Qiyun's wife Xu Linxia also begged them to release two small children, namely Yang Zhenggui, the daughter of Xiao Radish Head and Yang Hucheng.

But at this time, Yang Jinxing saw that Yang Qindian had not yet dealt with it cleanly, and he was a little impatient, so he came over and stabbed the small radish head to death...
"Killing people and promoting officials" is the promotion criterion for Kuomintang agents, and Yang Jinxing is also very good.
On November 27, 1949, at this time, Liu Deng's army had already marched to chongqing, and it was only a matter of time before Chongqing was laid, but all the Kuomintang agents and guards who had a little conscience wanted to leave a way back for themselves and release those imprisoned in their prisons, and Yang Qindian, who was mentioned above, was one of them.

He was imprisoned in the New World Hotel in the city, and thirty-two people led by Huang Xiya were taken to the Songlin Slope on the side of the White Mansion to be killed, and Yang Jinxing had already killed the red eye at that time, he did not have three pistols in his waist, and directly shot 6 people in one breath.
In his opinion, human life is nothing but grass.
After he killed the group, he fled with some of his men. After he escaped, there were still 19 people in the prison, and Yang Qindian saw that Yang Jinxing had run away, so he released all the remaining people, so that these 19 people finally survived.
Soon, Chongqing was liberated by the People's Liberation Army, and then the People's Liberation Army immediately deployed the whole city to search for Yang Jinxing, a secret agent with blood debts, but never caught Yang Jinxing, not even a clue to him.
Third, "activists" are arrested
So where did Yang Jinxing go?
It turned out that after the massacre, he ran to Chengdu. It was just that a figure of his level was nothing more than an outcast for Chiang Kai-shek, so he did not get a plane ticket to Taiwan, but was forced to accept the "guerrilla" task given by his superiors.

For Yang Jinxing at this time, the top priority was to find a place to stay, and at this time he just met three villagers on the road, so he walked over to chat with them, and after learning that they were villagers in the three villages of Qingju Township in Nanchong County, at this time he already had the idea of taking a family to the three villages of Qingju Township to hide his name.
Therefore, he asked his men to hide in Huaying Mountain first, and then took his wife and daughter to the home of one of the villagers named Teng Mingqing to explore the situation. When people asked where he came from, he made up stories.
He said: "His name is Yang Dafa, a dai market person in Guang'an County, his parents died at the age of 6, he followed his uncle around, worked as a cattle herder, sold burnt cakes, and worked as a contractor, and later went to Chengdu to do fruit business to make a living, because of the chaos of Chengdu soldiers, thinking of going back to his hometown, how did he expect to be robbed by bandits on the road..."
His lies are set after set, and the villagers are very simple, and they do not know who he is, so they all sympathize with him. Not only did he take him and his family in, but he was also persuaded to settle down here. Yang Jinxing has been waiting for this sentence, and after getting the approval of the villagers, he hired an acre of land and settled down.
After Yang Jinxing lived here, he changed the previous fierce normality, but instead showed great kindness and initiative, and established a completely good old and good man image, not only did he come to the meeting early and actively speak at any organizational meeting, but also he would compete for any rough and heavy work in the village, so the people in the village liked him very much.
In the 1950s, in order to solve the problem of insufficient labor, animal power and agricultural tools in agricultural production, China established a labor mutual aid group on the basis of the voluntary mutual benefit of villagers, and the leader of the group was generally a capable and prestigious person.
At the beginning of 1953, that is, the fourth year of Yang Jinxing's arrival, he was elected by the masses to serve as the leader of the production mutual aid group, which was considered a small village cadre. In addition, he has been rated as advanced in the township many times, which shows how prominent he is in the village.
It is precisely for this reason that no one will associate him with yang Jinxing, who is murderous, so he has been well hidden, even if the public security bureau uses a carpet search, it has little effect.
It was not until the autumn of 1953 that the Public Security Bureau had a clue about him.
At that time, China conducted the first census, and the census was not carried out for a long time, and the census office of Qingju District in Nanchong County, Sichuan Province, gave feedback to the Nanchong County Public Security Bureau.

It should be known that at that time, there were still many spies lurking in various places, so the public security bureau did not dare to be sloppy and immediately sent a commissioner to investigate. Because Yang Dafa has been performing well in public, in order to avoid wronging good people, and also to prevent grass and snakes, reconnaissance personnel disguised themselves as staff members of the Census Office went to the countryside to learn about some of Yang Dafa's situation.
As a result, it was found that this Yang Dafa may really be a "big fish", because he seems to have no problems on the surface, but occasionally he behaves extremely suspiciously - for example, although he is a poor peasant, he is really "very rich".
According to the reaction of villagers who often contact Yang Dafa, Yang Dafa once took a gold ring to Nanchong and sold 160,000 yuan of old coins, and later took his wife Tian Dejun's coat to buy and sell 40,000 yuan of old coins, and even more outrageously, he also saw him wearing a 17-diamond swimming watch.
After learning of this, the reconnaissance personnel went to the home of his wife Tian Dejun to learn some clues, and all kinds of signs showed that he was inextricably linked to the Kuomintang.
Even more convincing was the fact that a villager named Wang Dacai provided a clue.
He said that Yang Dafa once had a quarrel with his wife Tian Dejun in the field, and Yang Dafa was very angry, but Tian Dejun pointed at his backbone and said: "You are fierce, memorize your history, the people's government is arresting spies everywhere, do you dare to go to the countryside to confess." Yang Dafa was dumbfounded.
From the quarreling conversation between the two, we can see very bluntly that Yang Dafa is a hidden agent.
After investigating this, there is no doubt that a rough idea has been determined, but whether Yang Dafa is a spy specifically Yang Jinxing cannot be completely determined. But if there are photos, isn't it different? So the reconnaissance personnel decided to outwit Yang Dafa's photo.
At that time, the reconnaissance personnel called Yang Dafa and his wife to take pictures on the grounds that they needed to take pictures of the members of the society to publicize advanced deeds, but Yang Dafa and his wife initially refused.
But later the president said: This photo is participating in the county labor model competition, and everyone cannot be absent, which is the order. Yang Jinxing had no choice but to obey the order and take a group photo.
Soon this photo spread to the public security bureau, at this time the public security bureau found a lot of people who knew Yang Jinxing to identify, and finally determined that he was Yang Jinxing, the executioner who participated in the manufacture of Yang Hucheng's family and the xiao radish head family.
After that, he was deceived at first, and then fell into a trap and was arrested. On May 16, 1958, the Chongqing Intermediate People's Court held a sentencing conference at the Cultural Palace, and Yang Jinxing was sentenced to death.

In fact, Yang Jinxing's arrest was also expected.
After all, he is not a real farmer in his bones, and even if he behaves well and hides perfectly, he cannot hide his feet, after all, a certain habit or certain words and deeds cannot be maintained day by year. When you subconsciously hide yourself, you may indeed be able to hide for a while. But no matter how hidden, once it is found, there will still be many problems exposed.
