In 1946, Yang Jinxing personally shot and killed Luo Shiwen and Che Yaoxian, then heads of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and then burned the bodies with gasoline; in 1947, he killed Zhu Nianqun and three other patriots by electrocution; in 1949, he killed the family of General Yang Hucheng, in addition to Xiao Radish Head and others.

However, this person was not caught for a while, after the liberation of Chongqing, he successfully escaped in makeup, and then changed his name to Yang Dafa and began to lurk secretly, after which Yang Jinxing fled to Chengdu, Nanchong, and finally took root in Nanchong, Sichuan.

According to the villagers at that time, Yang Jinxing was a very hard worker, and he was very honest and sincere, and he liked to help others, and as soon as he saw that the villagers needed help, they immediately went to help. For this reason, it is recognized by the local villagers, so how did Yang Jinxing expose it?
It was during a general election, when Yang Jinxing was qualified for election, and just when reviewing his information, the relevant personnel found that there was no "Yang Dafa" person, and this person obviously had an accent from Zhejiang, so the public security personnel went through some investigation and found that "Yang Dafa" was probably Yang Jinxing, a secret agent of the military command.
In June 1955, the secret agent Yang Jinxing was captured by the public security organs, and after more than 40 days of interrogation, Yang Jinxing finally confessed his identity and confessed to the crimes he had committed before.
