On December 2, when Yang Hucheng stepped out of Nanchang, he was imprisoned by Dai Kasa, during which time Yang Hucheng repeatedly wrote letters to Chiang Kai-shek, but in exchange for a gradually decreasing life treatment. Poor General Yang Hucheng could only be locked up in a small black room, and could no longer fulfill his ideal of expelling the Tartars.
Yang Hucheng's wife Xie Baozhen heard that her husband was imprisoned, and she actually took the initiative to run to Nanchang to be arrested by Dai Kasa, accompanied by Yang Hucheng for 12 years. Over the past 12 years, the family has been detained many times.
In September 1938, General Yang Hucheng was escorted to Xifeng County, Guiyang City, where they could only spend the long winter in a wooden house with leaky wind and rain. In the spring of the following year, they were moved to a cave again, in this dark and damp environment Xie Baozhen was seriously ill, in order to make his wife recover, Yang Hucheng could only give the head of the secret service a sum of money, send his wife to live in the house outside the cave, but even with the money, they could only let them walk two steps outside during the day, and they had to lock inside at night.

Because Xie Bao was really a member of the Communist Party, the spies here especially "cared" for her. Because the contradiction between him and the secret agents was getting deeper and deeper, he slammed them with a washbasin table and chair, and she asked the special agent captain loudly:

On April 23, 1949, the Chinese People's Liberation Army crossed the Yangtze River and Nanjing was liberated. In 1941, Song Qiyun and Xu Linxia and their eight-month-old son Song Zhenzhong were captured by the Kuomintang authorities, and then brutally tortured Song Qiyun and Xu Linxia for eight years.

Fortunately, there are many underground party members and patriots who are willing to be his teachers, so that he can tell who is good and who is bad when he grows up, and he often helps underground party members stand guard and help them at a young age.
Yang Hucheng could not bear the suffering of his old subordinates, so he brought his family to live with him in the name of "Song Qiyun was his former secretary".

Yang Qindian originally joined the Kuomintang army as a poor peasant in order to survive, and at first he was still Chiang Kai-shek's bodyguard, and later he was transferred to the Central Command to work as a secret agent, and it was during this period that he met Song Qiyun. When Song Qiyun saw that this person had not yet reached the point of madness, he felt more indoctrination for Yang Qindian. Yang Qindian was also determined to do something for the Communist Party, and he often used the convenience of his position to help underground party members inquire into intelligence, exchange letters, and help buy drugs, but he never imagined that he would one day be stained with the blood of innocent people.

On September 6, 1949, Zhou Yanghao prepared three cars for Yang Chenghu and his party early in the morning, Zhou Yanghao himself sat in the first car, Yang Hucheng and his son Yang Zhengzhong were arranged in the second car, while Song Qiyun and his wife and "little turnip head" Song Zhenzhong, Yang Zhenggui of Yang Hucheng, and his lieutenants Yan Jiming and Zhang Xingmin were arranged to the third car. The group left Guiyang and went to Chongqing.

However, before he could say anything more, a mouthful of blood was sprayed on his mother's urn, and the Kuomintang agents brutally killed him and fell to the ground, only 20 years old.
Yang Hucheng, who heard the noise, immediately understood that this was a conspiracy, and he was just about to look back, but it was too late, the secret agent Xiong Xiang turned around and came to Yang Hucheng's back and stabbed him, and the agents around him left to hear the news and came to kill the national hero. Although General Yang Hucheng struggled to resist, he finally fell to the ground and died at the age of 56.

Soon after, the third car came to the Dai Gong Ancestral Hall, and the two lieutenants were left in the car on the grounds of "looking at the luggage", and the only people who got off at this time were Song Qiyun and his wife and 8-year-old Song Zhenzhong and Yang Zhenggui. The Kuomintang agents repeated the trick, and soon Song Qiyun and his wife fell in a pool of blood.
At the same time, Yang Qindian rushed madly to Song Zhenzhong, the "little turnip head", washed him to the ground, and choked Song Zhenzhong's neck with his own hand. However, after all, human nature is not lost, and he still can't bear to kill this child who has never seen the outside world.

In this way, Yang Hucheng's father and son, Song Qiyun and their eight-year-old children all fell cruelly under the enemy's butcher's knife, and the aide-de-camp with Yang Hucheng was also killed in Chongqing in the following two months, plus a total of 9 people were killed in the case of Xie Baozhen Yang Hucheng, who died in 1947.

November 27. The Kuomintang knew it could not stop the PACE of the People's Liberation Army, and before they fled, they carried out a brutal massacre of revolutionaries in prisons such as the White Mansion.
On the day of the massacre, Yang Qindian was on duty, and the White Mansion at that time held more than forty revolutionaries, which were handled by the Kuomintang Secrecy Judicial Department. At four o'clock that night, 19 people were not persecuted.
Finally, under his many psychological games, he still returned to the upper floor to get a hammer, and told Luo Guangbin next to him: "You take the hammer and the key, and when the door opens, you throw them into the sewer, but you can't go now, there are still people outside, after a while if you hear someone upstairs stomping, you will quickly run to the back mountain." After saying that, Yang Qindian went upstairs to help them stand guard
On January 30, the People's Liberation Army launched a final attack on Chongqing, which was declared liberated. The next day, Yang Qindian took the initiative to run to the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau to turn himself in.
Luo Guangbin and the other 19 people who escaped testified on the spot, hoping that the organization would exaggerate him. The local government also believed that Yang Qindian was an honest man and that the mistakes he made were also coerced, and did not pursue him, and also arranged for him to work in the local public security bureau.
However, he still felt guilty about the persecution of General Yang Hucheng in the first place, and had been a spy for so many years without the face to serve the people. He immediately refused to take office and rushed to his hometown in Henan to continue farming.
The government also respected Yang Qindian's last wishes and gave him a travel fee so that he could return to his hometown safely.
However, his old boss Yang Jinxing was not so lucky, and after liberation, he assumed the pseudonym Yang Dafa and mixed with the masses of the people. Fortunately, the masses revealed his true identity and was eventually sentenced to death.

Returning to his hometown, Yang Qindian became an authentic farmer and lived the life of ordinary people.
In 2006, after 57 years of searching, Yang Han, the grandson of General Yang Hucheng, found the old man, and after listening to Yang Qindian's story, he had mixed feelings. The 88-year-old Yang Qindian trembled his hands, and the old tearful man said, "I have waited for this day for a long time, whether you want to fight or scold, but I am really sorry for General Yang Hucheng..."
Looking at this old man seeking forgiveness, Yang Han couldn't help but sigh, he squeezed the old man's hands and said:
"It's okay, we don't blame you. I just came to see you, the previous things are all historical issues, I also hope you are in good health, I wish you a long life! ”
