The price has gone up! New energy vehicle subsidies reduced by 30% BYD customer service: no notice was received

News on January 4, a few days ago, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Notice on the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles in 2022", saying that in 2022, the subsidy standard for new energy vehicles will decline by 30% on the basis of 2021.

Previously, some new energy brands have issued information on the price increase of the whole vehicle, such as Tesla has raised the price of model 3 and Model Y, and Xiaopeng and Weilai have launched a limited-time insulation strategy.

According to the @boss simulcast news, in this regard, BYD customer service said that it did not receive a price increase notice.

At present, Tesla has raised the price of the rear-wheel drive version of the Model 3 and Model Y models by 10,000 yuan and 21,000 yuan respectively, and Tesla China has confirmed that the price increase is related to the decline in subsidies for new energy vehicles.

It is reported that the "Subsidy Plan" clarifies the subsidy standards for different types and different fields of vehicle products, which will be implemented from January 1, 2022.

For example, in the subsidy scheme of new energy passenger vehicles (non-public domain), the subsidy for models with a cruising range greater than or equal to 300km and less than 400km is 9100 yuan, and the subsidy for models with a cruising range greater than or equal to 400km is 12,600 yuan.

Plug-in hybrid (including range extender) passenger car, pure electric mileage ≥50 (NEDC working conditions) or pure electric mileage ≥43 (WLTC working conditions) subsidies of 4800 yuan.

It is worth mentioning that the Subsidy Scheme will be terminated on December 31, 2022, and vehicles licensed after December 31, 2022 will no longer be subsidized. This means that 2022 will be the last year of the implementation of the new energy subsidy policy.
