The Chengdawan High-speed Railway Qujiang Bridge is the world's largest double-track high-speed railway prestressed dwarf tower cable-stayed bridge. At present, the smooth pouring of the No. 0 block of the continuous beam of the main pier of the bridge has been completed. The bridge has entered the superstructure construction stage, and the comprehensive construction stage of "double main towers" and "double main beams" will be opened simultaneously.

After unremitting efforts, 495 pile foundations, 48 bearing caps, and 2 main bridge block 0 have been completed, all of which have been completed by 100%; 45 piers of the substructure have been completed, 94% of which are completed, and 65% of the total investment of the bridge has been completed.
Qujiang Bridge is one of the main control projects of the whole line of Chengdawan high-speed railway, the total length of the bridge is 1983.8 meters, a total of 47 spans, the main bridge is a short tower cable-stayed bridge with a length of 557.5m, the whole bridge is equipped with 40 pairs of cable-stayed cables, and the height of the main tower above the bridge deck is 54m. The construction unit is concentrating on the construction of the No. 2 section of the main beam, and simultaneously carrying out the construction of the upper main tower.

As an important part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, the Chengdawan high-speed railway is a high-speed rail corridor connecting Sichuan and Chongqing, with a total length of 477 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and is planned to be completed in 2027. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will form a high-speed rail "artery" connecting the Central Plains, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta from the east to the north of Sichuan, which is of great significance to promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
