What exactly does an inspection batch come from?
In layman's terms, I will explain to you what the inspection batch and the sub-unit project are: in the construction of the project, the construction of the project needs to record the construction quality of the whole process, and the paper data such as forms and inspection reports are generally used for archiving for future inspection. For example, concrete column, the column contains steel bars, concrete, and after forming, we can only see the concrete outside, and do not know the steel bars inside, whether the steel bars inside are constructed according to the drawings? Is the joint of the reinforcement strong? What is the strength of poured concrete? And so on, these are things that need to be found in the archived engineering data.
A project contains a lot of things, steel bars, concrete, formwork, water and electricity casing, water and electricity lines, doors and windows, brick walls, etc., the information is too much and too miscellaneous, in order to facilitate reference, the project data is classified separately, and the project is divided, divided into: unit project, sub-unit project, sub-division project, sub-project, sub-project, inspection batch.
Take the residential building of a community as an example, there are 38 buildings in the rectification community, then the unit project refers to the 38 buildings in the rectification community, called a certain community project, and each building in it is a sub-unit project, and then, the branch project refers to the foundation and foundation part of a certain building (hereinafter referred to as Building A), that is, the underground part, the main structure part and so on.
The sub-division project is a smaller level of engineering in the sub-division project, such as the foundation and foundation part of the project is divided into unsupported earthwork, foundation treatment, pile foundation, underground waterproofing, etc., the sub-project is the part that is subdivided under the sub-division project, and the sub-division project without support is divided into earthwork excavation and earthwork backfill.
The inspection batch refers to the division of the sub-project as the smallest unit of acceptance. For example, the earthwork excavation of the foundation.
This diagram is an example:
Acceptance table:
1. Project acceptance test application form
2. Foundation pit foundation trench excavation, construction inspection records
3. Earthwork excavation inspection batch quality acceptance record
As shown in the figure, according to Article 9.2 GB50202 of the "Quality Standards for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Foundation Engineering Construction", there is no inspection for how much area of earthwork excavation.
That is, after the foundation is excavated, the foundation earthwork that can be done once can be done.
If the foundation area is large, and the drawings and construction plan require partition construction, then it will be accepted twice, and the acceptance form is the same.

(2). This article proposes that in combination with the characteristics of the profession, the sub-project should be divided into systems, areas, construction sections or floors. And because each sub-item is large and small, the inspection batch has been increased. For example, an indoor water supply system of a 30-storey building can be inspected every 10 floors or every 5 floors. This not only facilitates the division of construction, but also facilitates the inspection of records. For example, a 5-storey indoor drainage system can be inspected by 1 inspection batch per unit.
