Material preparation:
5 onions (medium), 4 green peppers, 3 red peppers
Kimchi juice ingredients (disposable paper cup):
1.5 cups water, 1.5 cups soy sauce, 1 cup white vinegar,
1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1/2 cup of ome juice
method:
1. Wash the onion and set aside.
2. Cut the onion into cubes.
3. Slice the pepper.
4. Divide the cut materials into home containers. I chose the glass lunch box.
5. The next step is to make kimchi juice. Pour 1.5 cups water, 1.5 cups soy sauce, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup plum juice into the pan.
6. Bring to a boil. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. The general practice is water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar in a 1:1:1 ratio, but my family is to reduce the amount of sugar a little, with plum juice instead of the reduced part of the sugar. I think I prefer to do this, of course, I can adjust it according to my own preferences.
7. After cooking the kimchi juice, pour it into the container you just prepared while it is hot. Attention! Be sure to pour it in while it's hot, it tastes particularly good.
8. After pouring in the kimchi juice, open the lid and let it cool. After cooling, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, and then you can eat.
9. Take it out the next day, and you can find that the kimchi juice has evenly penetrated into the onion. Thus "Onion Sauce Kimchi" is complete.
Every time you eat, you can take it out and eat it a little, oh, it has a different flavor. The taste is particularly crisp. What do you think? Simple, right?
The crunchy texture will make your eyes light up. Looking inconspicuous, the onion turned out to be so delicious, that is, appetizing and refreshing.
