Beijing, June 10 (People's Daily Online) -- Recently, the State Council approved the publication of the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects (a total of 185 items) and the expanded list of national intangible cultural heritage representative items (a total of 140 items) determined by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Among them, Liuzhou snail powder, fire palace stinky tofu, Guilin rice noodles and other production techniques were listed on the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.
