The emergence of the previous situation is mainly due to the fact that the Shanghai factory basically starts to deliver most of the Tesla cars to the country from the middle of each quarter, and the end of the year can be said to be affected by a variety of situations, one is that the domestic delivery is now faster than other countries, the second reason is the increase in the domestic Tesla vehicle quota in the fourth quarter, if the delivery data of the fourth quarter is released, we will obviously see a significant increase in the fourth quarter than the delivery of other quarters. This is especially true if most of the output of the Shanghai plant in the first to third quarters is used for exports.
The quota change at the end of the year may still be affected by foreign factors (logistics reasons, epidemic impact, etc.), in addition, the growing domestic demand, coupled with the importance of Tesla's Chinese market also prompts Tesla to maintain the number of domestic deliveries in a more objective state, we estimate that in the remaining days of December, this situation may continue to play out.
