New private cars are exempt from warranty
Article 14 of the New Regulations clearly stipulates that if the vehicle management office realizes the networking with the factory inspection information of the new vehicle of the motor vehicle manufacturing plant, the owner of the motor vehicle shall be exempted from the inspection of the motor vehicle when applying for the registration of small and micro non-operating passenger vehicles.
This means that when buying a car license plate from May 1, as long as the car company has completed the information networking with the vehicle management office, everyone no longer needs to cross the line test when buying a new car. This will greatly reduce the license plate process and eliminate the need to queue for hours at the vehicle management office.
It is worth noting that at this stage, only small and micro non-operating passenger cars are exempt from inspection. At the same time, it is also necessary for car companies to complete the information docking with the vehicle management system before the vehicle leaves the factory.

Non-operating passenger cars are handled nationwide
Article 89 of the newly revised Provisions on the Registration of Motor Vehicles mentions that if a small or micro non-operating passenger car is registered, the owner of the motor vehicle is exempted from submitting a residence certificate or residence registration certificate issued by the public security organ.
Before May 1, the applicant who buys a car in a non-registered place also needs to provide a residence permit (or temporary residence permit), after which, only the resident identity card is "one card", and there is no need to submit a residence certificate.

Vehicle number plates are self-selected and more user-friendly

In the current regulations, the license plate is randomly selected through the system, the user does not have much autonomy, but after the implementation of the new regulations on motor vehicle registration from May 1, the owner can compile the license plate according to his own needs (provided that it is not repeated and not malicious), that is, the owner can compile his favorite letters or numbers into the license plate in accordance with the relevant regulations, and realize self-editing, as long as the corresponding conditions can be met, the number plate can be used, so that the owner can choose the license plate number he prefers.

License plate interchangeability is achieved if conditions are met
There are some owners who have two cars under their name, and the process of changing the license plate number is particularly cumbersome.
After the implementation of the new regulations on motor vehicle registration from May 1, as long as certain conditions are met, such as the same owner's name, the same jurisdictional vehicle management office registration, the same type of non-operating car, you can implement license plate exchange, the license plate of A car hanging on the B car, which is a very humane adjustment. However, it should be reminded that license plates can only be exchanged once a year.
