The next day, the troops held a military and civilian meeting at the gate of the school, and Lu Shengsan, secretary of the Ludong Working Committee, presided over the meeting. After the meeting, the rebel fighters of the troops were organized into three squadrons, and the cadres of each squadron were identified at the same time.

After the beginning of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he served as the secretary of the Ludong Working Committee, led the Weibei Anti-Japanese Armed Uprising and established the Seventh Detachment of the Ludong Guerrilla Brigade of the Eighth Route Army. On April 7, 1938, he was killed by Jin Yan, a bad member who was mixed into seven detachments, at the age of 33.

In late July 1938, when the troops were passing through the Weihe River in Changyi, they unfortunately fell into the water and died at the age of 35.
