Chen Tiansheng, male, graduated from the Department of Economics of Wuhan University, served as the secretary of the party branch of the village brigade at the age of 18, pasted a university teacher, ran a popular science publication, and worked as a reporter for Guangming Daily. In 1984, China Youth Daily's long-form reportage "Chen Tiansheng Effect" caused a national sensation, and was praised by the central leaders as "the forerunner of reform in the take-off era", and his name and deeds were recorded in the royal edition of the "Who's Who in the World" in Cambridge, England. Hubei University of Economics and Management was founded in 27 days. He has successively served as the chairman and general manager of Zhongnan Economic and Technological Development Company, Guangdong High-tech Industry Development Center, Guangdong Dinghu Science and Technology Industrial City, Beijing Sunshine High-tech Industrial Company, Hubei Chibi Wulin Construction and Development Corporation, and Hubei Chibi Wulin Private Social Development Pilot Zone. Honorary consultant of Guangming Network under Guangming Daily.

Whenever I go, I visit successful local people. In the morning, I took the No. 4 tram and arrived at 7:30 a.m. to visit Chen Tiansheng, a reform figure in China today. On September 18, 1984, China Youth Daily published a long article entitled "Chen Tiansheng Effect", and since then his name has had a great influence in China. He graduated from the Department of Political Economy of Wuhan University in October 1977, a 32-year-old worker, peasant and soldier cadet, and during his time in college, he was willing to think and write, and he published many articles in newspapers and periodicals. After graduation, he stayed behind to teach, and later, depending on the needs of his job, he was transferred to work in a newspaper, and three years later, he was transferred back to school. On August 1, 1983, Chen Tiansheng officially came to the office of Hubei Science and Technology Association to report. Within a year, the moribund magazine Science and Man was revived, with a circulation of more than 800,000 points. He founded a "Junior Science Prize Foundation" and a university of economics and management that housed more than 3,000 people.

At 8 o'clock, I arrived at the editorial department of Science and People magazine on time, and the comrade of the editorial department surnamed Liu received me. In the end, Xu Zhonghe was responsible for receiving me. Mr. Xu checked my documents. And let Chen Tiansheng take a look. At first, he seemed to be a little more enthusiastic about me, but then the enthusiasm was gone. He instructed Mr. Xu to come to the specific reception, he may be busy, or maybe my level is not enough. This is tantamount to visiting Chen Tiansheng's purpose, which has not been achieved.

At about 3:00 p.m., I took the No. 2 tram to the Wuhan Office of the Eighth Route Army (September 1937 to October 1938) at the beginning of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and the main purpose of setting up the office was to receive the salaries and equipment of the Eighth Route Army; to also manage the work of the New Fourth Army Office in Han; to accept and deliver donations; to cover and guard the Central Bureau of the Yangtze River of the Communist Party of China, and to participate in various anti-Japanese rescue activities. The old site was destroyed by American aircraft in 1944, and in 1978, according to the decision of the provincial and municipal party committees, the old site was rebuilt and the Eighth Route Army office was established. The old site is located at No. 62 Changchun Street, Hankou. The completed old site and the Wuhan Exhibition Hall in the early days of Comrade Zhou Enlai's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression were officially opened to the public on March 5, 1979.
