On April 23, Su Moumou illegally solicited an "Imperial City Tour" at a price of 100 yuan per person around Beijing's Qianmen Scenic Area, affecting the normal passage of vehicles and pedestrians, disrupting the order of public places, and was later seized by the Dongcheng Public Security Bureau. A few days ago, Su Moumou has been administratively detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law. Meng Tianxiang, a police officer from the Environmental Food and Medicine Brigade Squadron of the Dongcheng Public Security Bureau, pointed out that some personnel rented cars to solicit tourists from other places to visit Beijing in the vicinity of the Railway Museum and Tiananmen Square, claiming that they could visit and explain from Shichahai, the Forbidden City, Zhongshan Park and other areas inside the imperial city. Stay away from travel agencies that falsely advertise them
According to reports, since the beginning of this year, the number of reports of "false publicity" and other problems in Beijing's tourism market has risen, and some tourists have signed up to travel to Beijing through some online platforms, and there have been illegal acts such as non-performance of contracts and forced shopping by travel agencies in travel itineraries. Wang Lin, deputy head of the sixth detachment of the Beijing Municipal Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps, said that after receiving a report about a travel agency in Beijing not performing a contract, the team immediately interviewed the travel agency and conducted an investigation. After investigation, the travel agency involved in the case violated Article 35 of the "Travel Agency Regulations", which constituted an illegal act of the travel agency violating the travel contract, causing damage to the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, and failing to take necessary remedial measures. The Cultural Law Enforcement Corps imposed an administrative penalty of revoking the travel agency's business license to the travel agency involved in the case in accordance with the law. Wang Lin said that the "refusal to perform the contract" involves many aspects, for example, a travel agency has a lack of reception capacity, resulting in tourists scattered in several districts of hotels and accommodation stranded, unable to carry out the day's itinerary. There are also some tourists stranded in the scenic spot because they did not arrange to buy tickets in advance, and the travel agency did not carry out the corresponding disposal in accordance with the contract and did not take emergency measures.

Stay away from illegal "day trips"

Through joint law enforcement, Beijing has now put an end to the illegal one-day tour of "negative group fees".
